It was a Skype interview. Technical followed by HR. Very professional to start off with the scheduling, and interview.
Visa sponsorship offered. They needed only technical qualifications rather than any leadership attributes. Offer was not made.

It was very nice, the process was quite easy. The interviewers are all gently and looking good. Everybody was kind and nice. Some of the questions require analytical thinking and deep knowledge of the subject matter.
