Colloquio
When I applied I only had one interview with the two team managers, at the time half of team handled outbound work and the other half handled inbound calls. The interview as a whole was a joke, it was very informal in a vacant executive office. The three of us sat on window ledges or desk, as a collective voicing our displease with my previous employer. The best part the interview was on the third floor and all of the three elevators were down at the time. Luckily I wasn't handicapped otherwise we would have had to relocate the interview location.Things have changed dramatically since my original hiring. I know now that you are initially screened and interviewed by recruiters before you even have the opportunity to speak with the managers of the hiring department. Once you move past that part in the process, they have you complete testing on a computer to base your English and typing skills, paired with a personality questionnaire.

I had previously worked at 1&1 internet and they only asked me about my experience there. The team previously used 1&1 to purchase domains for customers with digital products.

I was recruited by Peopleshare. However, their job description was quite vague. Tyler and Collin interviewed me. I felt very at ease with these two individuals and the conversation went well. We all shared common ground in customer service and technical knowledge. The interview was more of an informal business meeting than an interview.

I really wasn't suprised by the questions. I didn't have any difficult questions. I only had to search for the right experience in my memory banks to fit the question.
