Several meetings with various team members. Mostly coverstational. There were no behavioral questions. They seemed to be focused on finding people with an entrepreneurial spirit. Different team members had different approaches so be prepared for mostly conversation.

Individual meeting with 5 staff members. Typically someone from the team, the chief geo, the manager, and two others. Each person intros themself and asks a few questions. Also gives you the opportunity to ask questions as well.
