There was a group interview with managers and HR. Group quiz, then self-presentation. The second round was tet-a-tet with one of the managers ( preferably from the department you're applying to).

First interview with a future colleague. Second interview with a manager's and the final interview with HR.
If you proceed from the first two rounds you are more than likely getting the position, but it is still an interview, so be prepared.
Good, good communication and friendly people.All three interviews were with people who were genuinely interested and supportive. Would say it was rather easy though my prior experience may have helped.
