Interview went well. I interviewed with the GM of the location and she was friendly. Interview questions were average. You should always be assertive and strong. Would recommend applying to any position at this brand. There are lots of open opportunities.

It was a fairly general and normal interview. They wanted me to talk about my experience in general. They were aware that someone with my experience should be in a higher position, but they made it clear that if I didn't know or learn Lithuanian, there would be no progress in my career.

Chatted for about 15 minutes. We went over my previous employment. Told me about company and it's perks and policies. Showed me around and told me they would give me a call. And they called the next day.
