Met with the Creative Director and went through my portfolio. He went through all of my projects and gave me feedback on each one. He was assessing how well I took feedback during this process, which I found out later.
Virtual 1 hour interview. They discussed the details of the position, work environment and culture, and then reviewed and gave feedback on my portfolio. They were very knowledgable and answered questions
