Group interview with anywhere from 5-10 people. Simple questions, Describe the style of our customers. What is diversity. Easy questions fun interview atmosphere. They pretty much know who they are going to hire before they ask any questions. The interview is just a necessary step.
Very easy interview process, the company is looking for trustworthy individuals who just want to have fun and are hard working. Managers are out going and know how to get you out of your shell
