Colloquio
I applied online and the system generated a reference number. I received a telephone call in two weeks to fix timing for 1st interview. Preliminary interview was done by a Dept. Supervisor, then 2nd one with Asst. Store Manager 1 week later. The 3rd interview was with Store Manager after another week, when I received the offer letter.

No real difficult questions for a confident, experienced manager and good communicator. Questions mostly based on how well one can relate real instances of customer facing, satisfaction / dissatisfaction, situation handling, problem solving and team management experiences.

I started as a sales associate and then applied on their website for the DS position. It was a situational interview to find out how you have tackled challenges in the past.

There will be 6 or 7 situational questions; make sure you give an actual example of something that had happend to you or a situation you have been in. Interviews are very casual, the most important thing is to see your personality, so be comfortable and show confidence.
