I applied online and was contacted within 24 hours by the HR Manger. She asked me some questions to determine if I'd be a good match, then emailed a link to a questionnaire. I was then asked to come in for a face-to-face interview. I left that interview with an employment offer, scheduled my orientation and began working that weekend.
