Very easy. They ask availability and if you have serving experience. Then they go on to ask you to describe yourself and personality. Then if you’re picture ready they get you into a uniform and you do your audition

Super simple, do your hair and make up, go in and be confident. You will also have to try on the uniform and take pictures to send to corporate HR so be photo ready

Colloquio
I sent in my application online, I got a call back 4 days later for an interview. I had my interview 2 days after that. At the interview the manager asked me to come for a "costume fitting" 3 days later. I tried on the uniform and he approved it and took a photo of me in it from the front and side to send to the regional manager for the "thumbs up" but told me I was hired then and there.
