I applied online and had a phone interview approximately two weeks later. The phone interview went well (typical questions) and then I was interviewed onsite by the executive director the following week. The guy was clearly unprepared for the interview and wasn't especially polite. In the end, after spending hundreds of dollars flying across the country for the interview, I never heard a word back. How rude!
