Then contacted for contract pay and came in and signed after accepting.

They had a series of question asked in order. It was not much of a conversation but a series of question and then your answer. I did not feel like we were making a connection as it was so formal. However, the questions were typical teacher interview questions. I did get an offer and accepted.
