Understand what the doctor truly wants out of you during the shift. It is not personal, most doctors value your skills and ability to help. Do not take their criticism so harshly, they have their own way of doing it and you learn more. Listen carefully, ask any questions if you are unsure, and understand what a doctor truly wants.
