I focus on understanding the client’s perspective first. I listen carefully to identify the root cause of the issue — whether it’s a misunderstanding, an unmet expectation, or a technical challenge. Then I communicate transparently about what can be done, provide clear next steps, and follow up until the issue is resolved. I’ve found that being calm, respectful, and solution-focused usually helps turn a tense situation into a positive outcome.
