First was a phone screen with HR, seemed normal, standard questions. Then a screen with the hiring manager. Once those passed an in person interview was set up. During the week leading up to the interview the team sent over a hypothetical request that would be part of the job. Honestly, my skill set wasn't matched for what they were looking for.
