I met the recruiter at a job fair and was referred by an employee of the company. The interview was 2 hours long. The first part of the interview was reviewing my background. The second half was a behavioral interview.

Easy, phone, then video, then in person, good questions, professional interaction, fun people to engage with during the process without being intimidating or interrupted. I enjoyed the experience very much and was excited to get an offer
The interview flowed and just felt like a conversation. There were behavior based questions requesting examples of specific situations you’ve been in along with questions that were connected to their values.
