Initial interview was about 30 minutes with the recruiter. Next, I interviewed with about 4 other employees all at once. This went well and I got to the third round with about 3 other employees. I was told that a decision would be made in a week and the recruiter would let me know either way if they wanted to offer or went with another candidate. I reached out to the recruiter the following week and was told a decision was not yet made and they would contact me in a few days. It has been a few months now and still no email or phone call telling me if they went with another candidate. I really don't like to get to the final round and be ghosted by recruiters. This really leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I will no longer apply for a position here. Please have enough respect to tell candidates if you decided to go with another candidate instead of ghosting.

I was genuinely excited about the opportunity to interview with Humana, making the whole experience all the more disappointing. The initial interview was set up but the recruiter forgot to send the Zoom link. Though they rescheduled and provided the link, the interviewer did not show up. Yet another attempt was made to reschedule, only to be ultimately canceled. Expected a more streamlined and respectful process from a company of Humana's reputation.
most of the interview was not based on the job description they provided. he asked a lot of developer scenario questions. they were looking for BA +scrum master +product owner
