He spent a lot of time explaining the roles of the job and answered basic questions that many people asked. Follow up at the plant.

They had a quick 10 minute pre-screening interview before I was interviewed. Took them a long time to reply back and schedule the follow up after the screening interview. The actual interview took around 30 minutes.
