horrible experience. the hr recruiter called my current manager because she knew him to ask his opinion and talk about me. i was then called into a meeting with him and questioned for an hour about why i was wanting to leave. this is after i was recruited and informed her i was just looking at all of my options for growth and to please not call.
the interview was great and the manager i interviewed with was wonderful. she is the reason i took the job.
I first had a set of questions I needed to answer and then filmed myself answering 2 questions. Only had 2 retries to re-film answers. Received a call about 3 weeks later to discuss qualifications.

Online recorded interview , followed by a phone screening then an interview with a community manager and branch manager. Timely process with a lot of run around. They make you wait weeks, and tell you each week they’ll have an answer the following and never happens. Then, you’ll get a generic email starting you didn’t get the job. The recruiter doesn’t even have the decency to reach back out to tell you that.

The manager was extremely nice and professional. I can’t say all the managers are as good as mine was. They will usually be one on one and they don’t involve higher up management.
