Simple and smooth very quick on feedback. Employers easy to talk to and good conversation. Followed up quickly. Very open about position and expectations while also not hiding why position was open.

There was a phone interview followed by an unperson interview. After that they called references and confirmed all my information, The background check takes the longest to complete so I waited 3 weeks to get confirmations of the job
