Interview process - taken almost 1 month (Feb 2025) I am having 5 to 6 month gap after my last Employment(but I have all the documents) and before the interview process I have clearly explain the gap details and discussed the Expected CTC with the recruitment team and before interview process HR told me please go through interview process first then based on interview we will provide good hike definitely. Then I have showcased the technical skill set and cleared the 2 Technical rounds and successfully got selected for one step near to HR round. and I have submitted all the experience documents with Huron. on HR call as per previous discussion I have asked my expected CTC, but now HR declined the last talk and now HR again asking the last Employment gap things - (no we are not agree with your gap reason please tell us the truth, business will not approve the expected CTC n all) After wasting my almost 1 month Huron declined the offer release. I'm very disappointed with Huron team. I also want to request with all the candidates please don't trust the Huron recruiters and go will good opportunities outside.
