The interviewer at Hyatt was really friendly. They really like experience abroad and the knowledge of many languages can really help. They may also ask about the company, so be prepared about that too. Personal qualities are really important, be friendly and smile.

Why did you leave your previous job? What did you like and didn't like on the previous job?
General F&B questions on previous experience, but a lot of training on the job so dont expect too much. care about people skills and presence. need to be able to handle fast pace when busy with customers

Colloquio
Applications are online, and once submitted you can either follow up, or they wait for them to give you a call. They used to do one on one interviews, but now, I believe they do group interviews. I had three interviews with them, the first was with a restaurant manager, they asked 'what if' questions, the second interview was with the food and beverage director, he asked me about myself and how I manage my time wisely, and what I can contribute to the company. The third interview was with the Human Resource Director, she asked me about my past experience and whether I am ready to work for them. Don't forget to always smile!
