The whole recruitment process was quick, clear and I had communications at every stage. All staff were welcoming and professional throughout. The online portal also made the process of applying very convenient and transparent at every stage.

My background knowledge of the company and sector. I spoke about what I knew about the role and skills and qualities relevant to the role which I could offer. Questions were clear and the process was made easy by utilising Microsoft Teams. Interviewing managers were friendly and communicated well the vision of Hyperoptic .
