"Recruiters" are off-shore, overworked and very incompetent and straight ignore communication from candidates. The interview process needs to be more difficult, and they need to hire much better recruiters. Takes about 1-3 weeks from interview to offer depending on how quickly your interviewer hands off the packet, and how good your resume is for team-matching.

I did their online assessment and was scheduled for an interview, but the company canceled it just one hour before the start time. Shortly after receiving the cancellation notice, I received an automated rejection letter with no further explanation or offer to reschedule. Contacted the recruiter, but they never replied.
