As fresh graduate, they'll asked about your internship projects, then the experience during internship. After that, they asked about your strength for this positions. They will give specific scenario that related to IT support such as how to assist user on phone/email.
There were two rounds in the interview process. The first round was a technical assessment conducted virtually, where I was asked about my experience, troubleshooting skills, and technical knowledge. The second round was a face-to-face behavioural interview focused on communication, teamwork, and problem-solving approach.

Only one round for 30 mins. The interview went well. Questions were related to OS and communication and scenario based. The interview wasn't so tough. Need o communicate with confidence.
