First there is a test to see if you will even interview. After the test they set up a group interview (DRESS VERY NICELY). There is a one-on-one behavioral and technical interview. After this whole day (about 6-7 hours) they will call and let you know if you have the job.

I applied online and the process took two weeks. I got a phone interview and then I got an email stating more qualified people applied for the position and I was denied. The good point is that I heard back from them quickly. Some companies never reply to you applications.
