Online CV Template > Online Tests > 2 part assessment day. Online tests are different to what I had experienced before, but I found them okay, examples are available online if you search for them. Most candidates are asked to go home half was through the assessment day but I was asked to stay on, make sure you give your all in the first 2 group exercises and confirmatory tests. Second part of the day was a 1 on 1 interview and a role play in pairs. I failed on the role play because I did not ask enough questions of the client and focused too much on what I thought was the right solution. so ask ask ask! and keep asking questions when in client situations.

A full day of an assessment centre, starting with company background and some projects.
We were split into teams and had one logical task, reviewing how you work with others to solve an issue.
Then a separate task where you were asked to do a proposal for a new app - think of that what's and why's.
Then a final one on one interview.
A really interesting day!

Online testing, recorded interview, longer written answers for final stage of application and review stage. Assessment centre was half a day with 2 group exercises and a 1 on 1 interview.

Puzzle group exercise, app design group exercise with presentation.
Relaxed interview.
During the assessment centre there are two group exercises and one individual interview.
I personally found the first group exercise not really good and not stimulating.
The one-to-one interview was also not a very positive experience. The only question that the interviewer asked about my application form (full of achievements and professional information) was a personal very generic question. This left me quite disappointed as I thought an IBM interviewer would be more interested in investigating and learning more about my past experiences rather than JUST ask me where I was from. The rest of questions were just standard competency and commercial questions. It was mainly a question-answer type of interview, without a real discussion.
The HR staff and the recent graduates were however really nice and welcoming.
