I worked for the team before as an intern student so the interview process for a full-time position was easier. The interview took about 20 min, mostly reviewing what I have done before, find out what I would like to do, and my career goal within IBM. The decision factors were mostly based on my previous work for the team and my personality (ie. a quick-learner, good problem solving skills, ability to work independently, etc...).
good as what i read online and heard from friends past experience. Would recommend to others as well. The HR person is really friendly and efficient on communication and logistics
First group interview with a problem topic shown forehead. Prepare a ppt and share it with candidates in the first round. the second round is the individual interview in which questions based on your CV are provided.

Friendly interviewer, especially for new grad. Encourage you to share your experience. The job content matched what was discussed during the interview. Did not ask unreasonable question. Also give you time to ask question about the company. Quite an enjoyable interview experience.
