Interview with a recruiter, followed by a 'Cognitive Ability Assessment' and following that another video interview with a senior manager. All the people I spoke to were very pleasant however since the final interview there's been radio silence from the company, no rejection email or any further communication. In this day and age that's just not acceptable, a little common courtesy goes a long way to improving the 'candidate experience'.

Cognitive Ability Assessment consisted of numerical tests and were pretty time consuming.
It’s was standard process, recruiter interview, formal interview, hiring manager interview and than global HRBP interview, salary discussion , 3 days for salary negotitations, 2-3 days offer provided by team, 10 days to background check.

Virtual interview, no camera, panel of 2 people, experienced based. I encourage you to just be yourself. its a very simple interview. they may get back within the same week.
I had great and smooth interview process with ibm. TA Partner assured very good communication during all the process. Professional way of managing the process, clear and transparent approach. Hiring manger explained the role in the and asked smart and relevant questions.
