I first approached the IBM booth at my university career fair. I spoke with a couple of the consultants for a few minutes about my background and why I was interested in IBM consulting. I was then invited to an on campus information session which I attended. Next I was invited to interview on campus. My interview consisted of three interviews with three different consultants. I was asked a variety of behavioral questions, background questions, and general interview questions. Each interview lasted approx 30 min.
