Simple techinical test, consisting in the workers simulating and user support interaction in the user internet was not working and they wanted to see how i would deal with the client and if i had any idea

Internet now working on my machine, what steps should a take to troubleshoot?
Over the phone interview in English
Then another one in Turkish ( the employer who did the interview was a native speaker and he was a kind person )
Then last one wasn't an interview...only i was asked 2 questions in English about language qualifications I guess...other than that it was negotiations and explaining work hours

O processo foi bem tranquilo, primeiro uma entrevista com o time de RH, depois uma entrevista com o gestor da área e por fim, uma entrevista técnica em inglês. Todos muito pacientes e prestativos ao longo do processo.
