Recruiter contacted me and had a screening interview. Basically asking about your resume and your skills. About two weeks later I had a telephone interview. Questions about why the career change, knowledge of the company, and situational/behavioral questions.

It was a 2 weeks long selection process. I applied on LinkedIn on a Monday and got a reply on Thursday. Invited for a virtual interview. Got back to me within a week with an offer.

3 interviews; 1st one is screening, 2nd with the line manager and 3rd with HR. It was a long, tedious process. Was asked normal interview questions, mostly behavioural questions. Like “how do you handle pressure at work?”
