First round with talent lead, both behavioural and slightly technical project-based questions. There was also an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and design thinking/user research. After this would be three more rounds: skills-based, ways of working, and onsite. At the time of writing, still interviewing.

For the interview through existing connections at the company. Once people were interested, HR was very helpful and responsive to inquiries. Several rounds of interviewing with a range of technical, process, personality questions.
