The process was quite good, however they were too positive during the process giving a lot of feedback even between one interview and the other. What I think it could have been better is that they were giving so much feedback, said everything was positive and even in the last interview with the sr. Manager he said “you nailed it, I give you green light” which made me think I was going to be hired. Guess what, I wasn’t. And I totally understand it, someone else was a better fit but, that should be more quiet with the feedback so that you don’t get excited before hand.

first round would be HR round and it is basic interview about the past work experience and company details and then if you get selected then next round would be manger round and two mangers will be there for interview and it will be about the knowledge about your domain and past experience and final round would be senior manager round.
