It was a group interview with about 12 people. First we went around the room and were asked to share our work experience, then what we knew about the company and had to pick our favourite values from a list of IKEA's values provided and share with the group. Then we had to sell a product they gave us.

Went upstairs and waited for interviewer, took about ten minutes. He asked me about 10-15 questions of various relatability. He filled out a sheet with information, as I talked. Was a bit more casual than a normal interview overall.

The process was great and very effective. My recruiter helped me a lot and the communication through email and on the phone was simple. It was just a phone screening then an in person interview which was easy. The hiring manager was laidback.
