I met with the unit director and basically just had a conversation. It was very personalized and nice. It didn't take too long after the interview to get started in orientation and the HR process was relatively easy.

Depends on what floor you are applying for. But every floor has a supervisor that performs the interview for the floor. For the floor I applied for the supervisor was very nice and very professional.
