The ION interview process begins with an online assessment featuring 80–100 MCQs on CS fundamentals, aptitude, and sometimes basic finance. Shortlisted candidates face 1–2 technical interviews covering DSA, SQL, OOPs, and project discussions.

A 4-round process → OA → Tech 1 → Tech/Managerial → HR.
All in all the interview went moderate, very project-focused, and they check if you can think logically + communicate clearly.

Do you consider yourself a team player.. if so explain.
Took a paper test for basic algorithms and talked to a leader. The place is following the software engineering rules which pay more attention to software framework and coding format rules more than business requirments.
