I only interviewed with the President. I think it's a control/ego thing because he hired me after a 30 minute discussion for a department he doesn't know how to be successful in. I think it's pretty bad when you're not interviewed by a team. Good teams make good companies and people are vetted infront of teams. Bad decisions made by individuals with a questionable moral compass and large egos make for a very bad working environment.
