I was referred for this job by a friend who knew the person in charge of finding candidates to interview. I contacted this person by email with my resume and later in the week received a phone call to set up a face-to-face interview. The interview was with one person in charge of the program, and one who was from the IRS. After the interview, I followed up several times, but did not receive a response. I therefore assume they chose someone else for the job.
