Colloquio
One 30-minute interview with area director and 3-4 managers. They introduced themselves and asked one interview question each. I was asked out project management skills and about the Appeals mission. Glassdoor's review of interviews were extremely helpful.

Straightforward and to the point. Tri-panel interview team were very respectful and courteous. An hour long interview. Very comfortable setting and asked realistic questions. Made you feel welcomed. Were not judgmental.

Just completed this interview. Do not believe that I will be hired. The most negative interview experience I ever had. At one point I were about to stop the conversation and walk away. Phone interview, panel of 4. Most of the questions were very vague, next to abstract. After such a ridicules interview I should think again if I want to work for an organization that ask such a nonsence... Several question in format "In your view, what is the hazard of litigation and how to...", " describe the challenging situation and how you deal with it", "what is the strength of your verbal and written communication", "you have 100 cases: how do you set priorities for your work...", " what great skills you can bring...".
So, while for a recent grad this questions may appear to be just 'OK', for a professional they sound like an dialog between two idiots...
