Invited into the london office. Takes 2 hours.
First stage. 1 hour technical test comprising of logic and programming questions.
e.g. C++ for loops and output.
sequence recognition and next element.
cusom language algorithm.
other logic questions.
Followed by director interview, general questions and questions about cv.
Then 45 minutes developer technical questions on c/c++ and .net - nothing difficult - general chat.

The entire process from initial contact all the way to the on-boarding stage - was conducted in a very professional, engaging and transparent manner. The HR Team was very helpful, answered all of my questions, treated my candidacy with respect and there was an open channel of communication, which allowed me to know where I was at every step of the process.
