First was an email requesting a phone screen. Second, the first phone screen then a few days later the second phone screen. Third, I was called in for a face to face and video conference interview. The company recruiter gave me a tour of the office and then to the conference room.

2 rounds of interviews only to be told they are going with other candidates. Two months later, they still haven't hired anyone. Pretty sure they weren't being truthful about being a growing company.
