First, the screening process by HR is followed by one technical round by four team members. Even if they said I was a strong candidate and performed well during the interview, they did not select me because I had no prior industry experience. Having a PhD in genomics does not qualify you as an expert they are looking for.

Colloquio
Nach mehreren Gesprächen mit einem Head-Hunter, wurde ich zu einem Gespräch ins Office in Berlin eingeladen. Das Gespräch hat ca. 45 min gedauert. Die Atmosphäre war recht entspannt, jedoch die Fragen etwas generisch: Welche drei Wörter würden dich am besten beschreiben?
