Smooth, very welcoming, working on creating a good onboarding process, they want to grow bigger they have good aspirations and trying hard in planning. it's a startup so the CEO attended the interview, who was also back then the L&D manager, they hired another L&D manager later on. the tasks required were not very clear, but it was enough to start.
