He asked me a few questions about what my goals in life were, what I had accomplished, what my strengths and what my weaknesses were, why I would be a good fit, and what my food industry experience was. He then got back to me about a week later and offered me the position. I accepted it a few days later.

The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
