They're picky about who they hire and it shows during the interview process. It's a really good sign in a company when they are so thorough and the barrier to entry is so high. After the phone interview, I came in for about 4 hours to talk to the tech team. After that, I had a few days to prepare a case study.

You're going to have to know your fundamentals backwards and forwards. They're going to give you a case study and you have to be prepared to defend your decisions and speak intelligently about it.
