A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn to apply for the InCred. I shared my CV and was contacted a week later on call to schedule first round. Total 3 technical Rounds took place: Round1: The interviewer took 15 minutes of interview and left stating some personal work. He didnt turn up next day even after scheduling. I was given a pass for next round. Round2: The interviewer took 30 min of interview with ZERO interest. He didnt care asking for examples etc. and just wanted to wrap up. Same day evening I was given a pass for next round with a VP. Round3: The interviewer joined 20 minutes late. He took 15 minutes to interview and asked 3 question. Later the HR called to ask for salary details. I have been trying to follow up with them but never heard back. Real Unprofessional Company.
