They asked me to make the complete marketing plan for a product, took all the inputs from me. After one week and 4 rounds of interviews, they just left an automated email saying that they won't be proceeding with the further interviews without any feedback whatsoever. Moreover, they made some juniors take the interviews. I think they do not plan to hire. They are just getting their junior employees trained through this process.
