It starts with a phone interview, then there is an hour and a half face to face interview. Really easy interview, no programming problems, just very general technical questions like do you follow technology blogs, etc. Overall the employees were very friendly, but I turned down the offer due to lack of whiteboard programming questions and I had better offers elsewhere.
