I had a phone screen with a recruiter and three additional interview with managers on the team to be ghosted by the recruiter. I followed up multiple times to understand the hiring process and see if they made a decision with no response from anyone on the team. If I didn't get the position after 4 interview, you could at least let me know in an email and provide feedback after all that time.
